When David Nightingale was looking to buy a hot tub he found that there was nowhere that specialises just in hot tubs. There were places that sold hot tubs such as garden centres and builders merchants but not a Hot Tub Centre.

Although running Nightingale Financial Services at Spa Road, David felt that there was an opportunity to set up a shop selling hot tubs bringing the same levels of customer care and quality of service that his Financial Services clients enjoy.

His team will listen to your requirements and talk you through the hot tubs that are available. There are two ranges, the Vita range, one of the best selling top end Hot Tubs from America. Starting from about £2,500 for a two person, through to around £14,000 for the top of the range with pop up speakers and DVD screen, waterfalls and fountains.

Then there is the range manufactured specifically to their specifications from a Chinese supplier. These are all family size ( 6 to 8 seater) and start at £3,999 for a 31 jet model moving up to £5,500 for one with 66 jets.

The Chinese range offers incredible value for money saving up to £4,000 on alternative manufacturers. Any concerns of quality are soon removed when told that Mitsubishi manufactures the acrylic shell and like most of the other manufactures the electrical components are from the Far East.

We have chosen the three models we feel are going to be most popular and offer best value for money to demonstrate in our show room and will be holding stock of both ranges at Southwell Business Park and Ringwood.

Our newly fitted showroom has the facility to run all three demonstration models, with a private testing suite available for those who wish to try before they buy.

Once you have chosen the Hot Tub that best meets your requirements we will take care of everything else.  We will carry out a site inspection and determine the suitability of your electrical supply, and where appropriate, arrange for our approved electrical contractor to upgrade your system.  We will assess the suitability of your chosen location and if necessary arrange for a suitable base to be laid.  In most cases our hauler will be able to use the lifting equipment on the lorry to overcome obstacles such as walls and sheds, however, in the event that the Hot Tub will need to be lifted over the house we will even organise the Crane to do this.

Our service does not stop on the delivery of your new hot tub.  For a monthly fee you can take out our service plan, which consists of an eight weekly visit to your home.  The water chemistry will be checked prior to the tub being drained, cleaned and refilled.  All joints and connections will be checked, your stock of chemicals replenished and a full report generated on the condition of your hot tub.
